Certified Professional Master Builder Program


RESCON Certified Professional Master Builder Program

In January 2006, RESCON launched the Certified Professional Master Builder program in an effort to recognize the exceptional low-rise and high-rise builder efforts in the area of construction standards and customer service. 24 members were inducted and received a plaque for their efforts. The program goals and criteria are as follows:

Goals:

  • Promote professional enhancement
  • Provide members an opportunity to increase knowledge on timely industry related issues
  • Develop a consumer/industry recognized program
  • Strengthen consumer confidence

Criteria:

A Certified Professional Master Builder Will…

  • Be a member of the RESCON Safety Group
  • Be a registered member of TARION
  • Be a three year member of RESCON
  • Comply with the RESCON Code of Ethics
  • Attend a minimum of two construction related educational seminars per year
  • Actively be involved in community service

RESCON is currently working on a variety of initiatives that complement the launch of the program.
