ORCCA - About Us
The Ontario Residential Council of Construction Associations (ORCCCA) is Council of
employer associations actively engaged in collective bargaining in the residential
sector of the construction industry in Ontario.
ORCCA was established with is primary purpose being a forum for the discussion of
issues affecting residential construction in Ontario. This relationship allows for
joint action to be taken on issues, conduct joint public relations initiatives
regarding issues affecting the industry, organize events to promote the industry
and it’s objectives and to conduct joint research on human resources and economic
development issues as they relate to the industry.
ORCCA also serves as a common voice for unionized construction builders and contractors
with respect to labour relations reform, WSIB reform, health and safety and to promote
sound labour relations polices and practices. ORRCA is also engaged in the collection
and distribution of reliable information pertaining to the residential sector.
